Shipping & Returns
To return your product, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to the originating location. Regrettably no return shipping labels. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. This period is added to the estimated shipping period. We use a variety of couriers depending on your delivery destination. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Note: It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping company and sometimes tracking numbers may change. If after 3 days you did not get the tracking information of your order, please contact us for more information. Generally, orders are delivered anywhere within 3 – 30 working days. However, an extension can be made if the buyer and supplier mutually agree on a new date. Shipping times may also vary due to uncontrollable events. (e.g weather, holidays, customs, backlogs e.t.c) We therefore kindly request you contact your local courier with your tracking number in the unlikely event your order is still in transit, or status has not been updated, past the estimated delivery period. Shipping days are based on business days. If you have still not received the goods (goods still in transit) even after being shipped then please contact us to negotiate a longer shipping period. We are not responsible for any packages after they have been successfully delivered and hence cannot issue a refund past this event. All units are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility located in China. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight / size of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Your package may be opened for customs inspections and us such may be subject to some dirt. We cannot guarantee your box packaging condition while in transit. Please consult your local import office for more information. If you have made payment and want to change your shipping address, please directly contact your us @ email@example.com within 1 hour to inform us of your new address before your order is shipped out. Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been shipped out. If you did not make payment yet, you can ignore the order with the incorrect shipping address and replace a new order with your correct shipping address. The unpaid order will be cancelled automatically. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Cancelled orders are charged a cancellation fee for restocking and any incurred transactions fees. Cancelations must be submitted the same day when your order was placed.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. No refunds shall be issued if a second unit has been sent to you. To be eligible for a refund or replacement your order must be placed directly through this official website.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale Items (If Applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are determined defective or damaged upon receiving of your order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Changes To This Shipping & Returns Policy
We reserve the right to modify this shipping and returns policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on this website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated.
